The long anticipated day was finally here!!! The kids were both super excited as this was their first Disneyland visit. ZY had heard a lots of things about Disneyland from her classmates who had been here so she was particularly looking forward to it.
WE reached Disneyland at 10a.m., just when it was opened. It was a very sunny day, with blaring sun and no wind. However, it did not dampen our spirit as we were all mentally prepared for it.
It's better to have a sunny day than rainy day, right?

Then, there were the rides, which fortunately didn't have any long queues at all!! Most of the queues are only 5-10 mins long. The longest, being AutoPia, which we queued for 30 mins.
We loved to take this type of indoor rides as the aircon was a life saver! ^_^"
Din Yang was sporting enough to take most of the rides we took except those that he did not meet the minimum height requirements. Way to go, Din!!
After lunch, we watched 3 great shows, namely the "Mickey's PhilharMagic",
"The Golden Mickey"
and "Festival of the Lion King"
After the show, we quickly took these photos before the sun set.
Dinner was also quickly settled as we wanted to catch the "Disney Paint The Night" Parade!
What a spectacular parade, with 7 multi-coloured floats, featuring Sulley, Lightning McQueen, Mermaids, Beauty & the Beast, Minnie Mouse and so much more!!
As promised, the kids' behavior today also earned them each a presents from the Disney Store.. of course not these super size stuffed toys, but a mini version. ^_^
We ended the day by watching the "Disney in the Stars Fireworks", a dreamy and wonderful ending to a fantastic day!
