A Short Getaway @NSRCC

ZY's cousin ZhengYi's 3rd birthday celebration was held at the NSRCC. It was a great 3D2N fun with the sand, sun and pool!

Both ZY and DY had a wonderful time exploring the nature and having their first time experience building sandcastle. We were blessed with great weather with cloudy sky for the whole 3 days ^_^

First Stop: The Pool!

Overheard one family jokingly called DY as penguin as he does look like a penguin walking with the towel wrapped around him!

2nd Stop: The Indoor Play Area!

4th Stop: The Beach!

This was the first time DY stood on the sandy beach and to my surprise, he enjoyed the experience very much and was not disturbed by the feeling of sand on his feet which most kids do. ^_^

Last Stop: The Outdoor Playground (thereafter, its home sweet home)

Din Yang is getting more and more active nowaday. Though he still can't talk, he will make all kinds of sound to get our attention and will point to the things he wants. He always want us to help him wear his shoes so that he can walk along the corridor. He still like to complain about things, be it his own fault or the others. He loves to play with water hence its is no surprise that his favourite place at home is the toilet! He will resort to pouring water from his Pigeon bottle onto the floor and happily playing with the puddle of water . =_="

I notice that he LOVES to play with ball and balloon. He will play with his big orange ball all by himself while making funny "Woo..woo" sound. When he sees his photos taken at the indoor playground with balls pit, he will keep on pointing at it and will nod his head if we asked him whether he wants to go there again. He will then promptly step on the photo as if he wants to go in NOW! Whenever he saw a kid holding a balloon at a far distance, he will start screeching and pointing at the balloon. For one occasion, my usually timid ZhiYu even brought DY to MacDonald and requested for a balloon just for her brother! So Sweet, right? ^_^

Although DY has a growing appetite, his weigh remains at 10kg. As for his height, it is near impossible to measure with him refusing to stand still even for a minute..

For the record, ZY is now at about 113cm and weighs 18.3kg.
